Delivery

• For mainland UK mainland delivery will normally be made within 3-5 business days after the order is accepted Monday to Friday. We will normally dispatch Goods by first class post or courier to mainland UK excluding any area separated by water from the mainland (delivery to Northern Ireland may take longer).

   

• £2.95 Flat Rate – One Flat Rate Delivery Charge for as many packs of spikes as you order.

• Freight and insurance for deliveries outside mainland UK (excluding any area separated by water from the mainland) is charged extra at cost. Please see Our delivery charges as revised from time to time on our website. If the Goods are subject to import duties and/or taxes for overseas orders, these costs will be solely borne by you.

• Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. We shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver quickly by the date specified but we shall be under no liability whatsoever for delay in delivery or the consequence thereof however caused or non-delivery of Goods. We will take reasonable steps to notify You within 14 days of order confirmation if Goods will not be shipped as ordered.
• When Goods are delivered to You, you should carefully check the documentation to ensure that the number and contents of the packages due to be delivered corresponds to the number and contents of packages received.
• If You believe that there are shortages in the number of Goods contained in the packages or if any damage has occurred to the Goods in transit, You must report these to Us within two working days of receipt of the Goods and this must be confirmed in writing and any damaged Goods returned to Us. Please see our return terms below.

Delivery Information

• www.cricketspikesdirect.co.uk will ship your parcel via UK Mail, DPD or Royal Mail depending on the size of your parcel and where you live and will always be tracked by us until it arrives with you.  Spikes will mainly be shipped using Royal Mail Packets.
• Both UK Mail and DPD offer a full tracking facility and should you pass on your email address and mobile telephone number to us at point of order you will be updated by the couriers as and when necessary by email and/or sms.
• In the majority of locations within the UK, both UK Mail and DPD offer a window for delivery so you can plan your day around your delivery. Royal Mail do not have this facility currently.
• Collection directly is currently not available due to certain stock being held at our warehouse or with the manufacturer.  
• Our couriers do not collect or deliver on Sundays or public holidays. The couriers also do not collect on Saturdays.  Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, please take this into consideration

Please note we aim to dispatch all the products we sell as soon as possible.  We will keep you informed of your delivery and its estimated arrival at all times.  You can also contact us at any time to check on your order, this is best done by email for the fastest response.  Please see our full terms and conditions for more specific shipping and delivery times as they can vary depending on the product/s you order.

Please note due to covid19, deliveries may take longer than normal due to the high volume of parcels Royal Mail are dealing with. We appreciate your patience regarding this, but rest assured we are doing our upmost to ensure your spikes arrive as soon as possible.

We do offer a special small packet rate to international buyers for Spikes only.  Please contact us and we can give you a quote.

Packaging

To help the eco system we will send spikes without retail packaging in most cases, in order to help reduce single use plastic packaging and help save our environment – we appreciate your support with this.

Please note we take every safety precaution when picking and packing your spikes to ensure all orders are provided to you in perfect condition and correct.
